The Journey

What your first visit looks like.

  1. Step One

    Book Your Class

Reserve your class through our live schedule. Choose a time that fits your week and we'll take care of the rest.

  2. Step Two

    Arrive 10 Minutes Early

Park along Main Street, LaSalle, or Clinton. Check in through Mindbody, then stop by the front desk. Your instructor will welcome you before class begins.

  3. Step Three

    Get Comfortable

Wear comfortable athletic clothing. Grip socks are recommended and available for purchase. Shoes stay in the cubbies, and towels are provided. Bring a water bottle.

  4. Step Four

    Enjoy Your Class

Classes are 50 minutes. Foundations is recommended for first-time reformer members, while Mat Pilates is another great place to begin. Expect thoughtful coaching and personalized guidance throughout class.

  5. Step Five

    Leave Feeling Better

A little soreness is completely normal. You'll also leave feeling taller, stronger, more energized, and excited for your next class.

Good to Know

Common questions, thoughtfully answered.

Foundations is designed specifically for members new to the reformer and is the best place to start. Mat Pilates is another welcoming option if you'd like to begin without equipment.

Comfortable athletic clothing you can move freely in — leggings or shorts and a fitted top work beautifully. Avoid loose clothing that might catch on the reformer's straps.

Just yourself and a water bottle. Grip socks are recommended and available for purchase at the studio. Fresh towels are provided.

Street parking is available on Main Street, LaSalle, and Clinton. Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in.

Ten minutes before class gives us time to welcome you, get you checked in, and orient you to the space before the session begins.

Yes, always. Our community is made up of first-timers and long-time practitioners alike. Every instructor is trained to meet you exactly where you are.

A little muscle soreness in the day or two after class is normal — especially after your first few sessions. It's a sign that your body is building strength in places it hasn't worked in a while.
