The Journey
What your first visit looks like.
Step One
Book Your Class
Reserve your class through our live schedule. Choose a time that fits your week and we'll take care of the rest.
Step Two
Arrive 10 Minutes Early
Park along Main Street, LaSalle, or Clinton. Check in through Mindbody, then stop by the front desk. Your instructor will welcome you before class begins.
Step Three
Get Comfortable
Wear comfortable athletic clothing. Grip socks are recommended and available for purchase. Shoes stay in the cubbies, and towels are provided. Bring a water bottle.
Step Four
Enjoy Your Class
Classes are 50 minutes. Foundations is recommended for first-time reformer members, while Mat Pilates is another great place to begin. Expect thoughtful coaching and personalized guidance throughout class.
Step Five
Leave Feeling Better
A little soreness is completely normal. You'll also leave feeling taller, stronger, more energized, and excited for your next class.

More Than a Workout
A community you'll look forward to coming back to.
At Shaped Society, movement is about more than exercise. It's about building strength, confidence, and friendships — and creating space in your week that's entirely yours.
